We currently have a number of openings at Johnson Matthey in our Group Global Graduate Leadership Rotational Programme. The Johnson Matthey LEAD Programme supports the key capabilities of our business and the rapid professional progression of future leaders. Graduates on the LEAD programme will undergo leadership development while completing high priority business projects in the areas of Science, Operations or Commercial.

This operations application will be for consideration of your first rotation, although we encourage individuals to rotate into all project areas.

Operations projects may include:

JM LEAD consists of three rotations of varying lengths over 2.5 years in different business locations within the UK. “LEAD” covers the four stages of our Global Graduate Leadership Rotational Programme: Launching, Expanding, Accelerating, and Driving your career at JM. The scope of each placement is designed to build upon the others and develop a robust technical and soft skillset. This experience will enable you to develop a wide breadth of understanding of the various businesses in our company. The programme is robust and challenging; it’s ideal for individuals who are passionate about pushing themselves outside of their comfort zone. To support you through this and ensure proper development, we believe strongly in mentoring and coaching. You will receive plenty of care and expert career advice along the way through those partnerships. You will also participate in accelerated training and development interventions specifically designed to assist you in building the critical leadership skills needed as future leaders in the workplace.
