Van Driver/Loader

Due to our ever expanding work load we have exciting opportunities for loader/Van drivers to join our well-respected team at Johnsons Hotel Linen. You will assist with the distribution of our linen from our distribution facility. Shift pattern is 5 on 2 off.

The Role:

• Delivery and collection of clean and soiled linen
• Assisting with loading/unloading vehicle
• Regular communication with the Transport Manager
• Unloading of the company vehicle on your return to the depot at the end of your days' delivery round
• Collection of soiled linen lists and handing them into the service office, as required
• Day-to-day liaison with customers and the office
• Pre and Post checks of vehicle

Essential Criteria

The successful candidate will be required to be physically fit as there is manual handling involved and a full driving licence

The position covers a variety of shift patterns so you must be prepared to be flexible in your approach to working hours including weekends. Start times will vary and will include weekend working.
