Position Overview & Specifications

We are looking for an energetic, driven lettings professional to manage a market leading Lettings department.

Responsibilities will be:

Manage a team of three lettings negotiators.
Train and mentor junior members of the lettings team.
Increase department revenue through:
1/ Increase new business valuations
2/ Manage the re-letting of a substantial landlord portfolio.

Progressive Package Incentives

Generous monthly commission overides.
Monthly car allowance
Generous Basic salary
On going Training and mentoring from involved Directors.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
