Position Overview & Specifications
We are looking for an energetic, driven lettings professional to manage a market leading Lettings department.
Responsibilities will be:
- Manage a team of three lettings negotiators.
- Train and mentor junior members of the lettings team.
- Increase department revenue through:
- 1/ Increase new business valuations
- 2/ Manage the re-letting of a substantial landlord portfolio.

- On going Training and mentoring from involved Directors.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
