Requirements

The design team (c 19 people as present) are looking for:

• Those looking to develop a career in design of the built environment potentially aiming towards becoming an Urban Designer or continuing career in urban design/architecture and/or landscape architecture;
• To assist with residential led applications making new places across the UK (outline, reserved matter and detailed applications) for developments ranging from 7500 dwellings to a couple of dwellings;
• Experience of a computer aided design is preferable, but not essential and training to use Vectorworks and other design programmes will be provided;
• Strong graphic presentation and ability to use SketchUp 3d modelling would be desirable, coupled with an acumen for accuracy and ability to work to a brief.
