Position Overview & Specifications
The role involves regular contact with senior individuals with a blend of quant work (e.g. data analysis to diagnose needs) and qualitative work (e.g. devising and implementing solutions to those needs).

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Relevant experience in a setting involving individual or organizational development and/or HR
- Psychology degree preferred
- Analytical skill / data literacy - both qualitative and with Excel-based data; accuracy, attention to detail; able to interpret data and propose/compare interpretations and further questions
- Project management - able to prioritize tasks to achieve milestones/timelines, identify resources appropriately; track, monitor and communicate
- Initiative, drive, and curiosity to take the work a step further each time; a desire/tendency to get highly engaged in your work
- Strategic thinking - shows potential to detect and understand broader issues and patterns; always considers the big picture
- Critical thinking and problem-solving - demonstrates curiosity and a logical, organized and methodical approach
