Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day the social media accounts including creating and scheduling content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok and Youtube)
- Ensure all content is on brand and delivered in the appropriate tone.
- Engage in proactive conversations with our audience across the relevant social media channels, monitoring, responding, and liking relevant comments.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with the relevant departments for any social media requests
- Support management with social media reports (e.g. Weekly/Monthly)
- Assist the with large projects, photoshoots, offsite events, and community events when required.
