The Company:

Katana Peterborough is a fantastic restaurant with a live teppanyaki cooking table for our customers. The new restaurant is stylish, stunning, high-end, high-volume restaurant in the Peterborough.

The venue has a cocktail bar - Bubbles offering excellent cocktails, an extensive wine list and international spirits focusing on single malts and Japanese whiskies.

The ideal Head Waiter:

• Team player
• Previous waiter experience in a high end restaurant & bar
• Good spirit knowledge
• A passion for beverage and service
• An understanding of exceptional guest service and exceeding expectation
• Excellent knowledge about beverages - wines, spirits and cocktails
• A hard-working attitude
• The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• High attention to detail with customers in focus and creating memories and wow factor in the service
• Know how to deliver exceptional guest service and how never to say “No”.
• A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
