Administrator - Travel & Accommodation

Would you like to join a global business based in the Scarborough area who have a fantastic well-being and benefits package? Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their Travel and Accommodation/HR team.

Supporting all of their contractors, you will be managing all accommodation queries; arranging flights, transfers and hotel accommodations for the different workforce shifts for contractors from different countries. You could be completing monthly reports on costings and savings, as well as raising purchase orders and checking expenses and reconciling payments made by credit cards.

You will be working closely with various teams across the business, especially the immigration and HR functions. That’s why we are looking for an Administrator who has excellent communication skills, who can build strong relationships with contractors and external businesses. You will need to have strong coordination and organizational skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail and an ability to manage a busy workload using MS Excel and Outlook predominantly.

This is a full-time temporary role working Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm within a modern, open-plan office space, with free car parking available as well as being easily accessible via public transport. Our client offers 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 8% pension contribution, death in service, BUPA, as well as having a canteen and gym on-site, along with outstanding wellbeing initiatives and social events.
