Job role:
- Accounts Assistant
- Salary up to 30,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
- AAT qualified, part-qualified or a university degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Good IT skills, including the use of MS Office & Excel.
- Initiative-taking and keen to add value to the Finance department.
- Good analytical skills.
- Live in the UK because the role is office based.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase invoices and expenses.
- Resolve supplier queries.
- Raise sales invoices.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Assist with the payroll process.
- Match invoices with purchase orders.
- Process credit card and cash expenses.
- Post journals.
- Maintain a fixed asset register.
- Take care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing.
- Prepare payment runs for approval and then subsequently make payment runs.
- Assist with Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly Management Accounts.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting process.
- Ad hoc analysis requests when required.
