Position Overview & Specifications

We are seeking a forward-thinking and innovative Head of HR to join our team and lead the people agenda here at KFM.


As Head of HR, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR and Organisational Development initiatives that support our company's growth and success. Working closely with senior leadership, you will develop and implement HR programmes of work that align with our company values and culture, ensuring that we have the right framework in place to deliver on the core elements of HR including; pay & reward, employee relations, recruitment, training & development.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and programmes that support our company's business goals
  • Lead the HR team and manage employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and foster a positive and inclusive culture
  • Analyse and report on HR metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our HR practices are cutting-edge and effective


Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

  • MCIPD preferred
  • Masters in HR / OD or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Significant HR leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving HR initiatives forward
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and work together to solve problems creatively
  • Experience with HR technology and systems is a plus
