The Machine Operator is a full-time role, 45 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm. The salary offered is £28,314.00 per annum
25 days holiday plus paid leave for the bank holidays in a full year

The role of the Machine Operator will be to manage setup, tune-up, and monitor semi-
automated machinery to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness with minimal downtime.
The ideal candidate would need to be hard-working, proactive, organised, with a passion for detail and quality, and a good motivator of people. Lead by example.
- Setting up the case packer/labeller machines ready for production.
- Running routine maintenance of machinery.
- Ensuring quality and productivity targets are met consistently.
- Attention to detail and adjusting the machine as needed to improve Quality and
- Carry out in-process Quality checks at specified intervals and record downtime.
- Full ownership of machine performance.
- Hands-on experience with machinery, an inner understanding of how machines
- Who takes pride in their work.
- Good level of problem-solving skills.
