Trainee Claims Advisor

Role: Trainee Claims Inspector
Salary: £22,000 – £23,500 per annum + Company Benefits + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Location: Marden

Our client, a global distributor, is currently recruiting for a Trainee Claims Inspector to join the team immediately on a permanent basis.

The successful applicant will be responsible for learning how to identify and resolve warranty issues on vehicles and parts. You will have an enthusiastic and proactive approach, the ability to develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and a willingness to learn, which will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:
– Inspecting warranty claims
– Processing claims accurately in a timely manner
– Ensuring all technical rejection reports are completed on time
– Identify product technical issues and investigate where necessary
– Correspond to customers regarding warranty claims

The Ideal Candidate:
– Keen interest in all things automotive (Desirable)
– Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel (Essential)
– 5 GCSEs A-C required (Essential)
– A keen learner
– A good communicator
– Organised, with excellent external and internal stakeholder management
– Able to manage relationships and work with multiple individuals, functions, and seniority
levels.
– Confidence and proactive approach to problem-solving
