Overview: We are a well-known Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter with a global presence, and we are seeking an experienced Online Product Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. We sell e-books, online training courses, and other digital products related to MMA, and our online presence is growing rapidly.

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Product Sales & Marketing Specialist who can help us sell our online products to our target audience. The ideal candidate should be excellent and creative in videography, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook advertising, as well as have experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our online products and reach our target audience. Manage our social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) and produce high-quality content to engage our followers and drive traffic to our website. Use Facebook Ads Manager to create and optimize campaigns that drive conversions and sales. Manage our email marketing campaigns using MailChimp and develop a segmented email marketing strategy to target and convert leads into customers. Produce video content (e.g. tutorials, training sessions) for our online courses, and manage our video production process from start to finish. Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends to ensure our products remain competitive and attractive to our target audience. Collaborate with our product development team to identify opportunities for new products, and help bring them to market.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and online product sales. Excellent and creative videography skills, with experience creating high-quality video content and managing the video production process. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Proficient in using Facebook Ads Manager to create and optimize campaigns that drive conversions and sales. Experience in using email marketing platforms such as MailChimp to develop and execute email marketing campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in the MMA industry is a plus, but not required. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
