Accounts Assistant

Knoops is an exciting and fast-growing national brand that is specialising in bringing chocolate drinks to high streets. Since starting back in Rye in 2013 we have rapidly expanded into London and beyond. who has very high standards and a proven ability to always strive for the best.

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant who has very high standards and a proven ability to always strive for the best to join this fast-paced start-up in our finance team. You will be responsible for the bookkeeping of our operating entities and is a full-time role, reporting to the Senior Accounts Assistant.

The Role:

• Posting supplier bills and maintaining the Accounts Payable ledger
• Raising sales invoices and credit control
• Reconciling banks and other cash equivalent accounts
• Communicating with suppliers and dealing with ad hoc enquiries both internally and externally
• Preparing payment runs
• Managing employee expenses

Experience and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 12 months experience of working in a similar role
• Experience working in a multi-site business desirable.
• Experience with any of the following systems would be useful but not essential as training will be provided: Xero, Marketman, Shopify, Katana, Harri, Tenzo
• Ability to work to tight timescales whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
