Title: Waiting Staff at Kobe Sizzler Steakhouse

Kobe Sizzlers Steakhouse is a premier restaurant located in Moseley Birmingham, specializing in high-quality steak. We are seeking an experienced Waiting Staff to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, taking their orders promptly and accurately.

• Provide menu recommendations and offer detailed information about our dishes.

• Ensure all guests are satisfied with their dining experience by anticipating their needs and responding promptly to their requests.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and served timely.

• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are cleaned and reset efficiently.

• Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
