We are a Korean lifestyle concept which focuses on Korean Beauty products (K-Beauty) and Korean Pop music (K-Pop). Our London and Birmingham stores aim to serve as an introduction to these aspects of Korean culture and celebrate them. We work with leading partners in the K-Beauty and K-Pop business to bring authentic products to the UK.

Job description

Your Role:

We are looking for a full-time member with retail experience to help run our Flagship store located in Central London. This is a very dynamic role in a young start-up, and your role may evolve as we get to know you better.

• You are a people person and have genuine interest in Korean culture, especially Kpop and Kbeauty.
• You take pride in store appearance and want to convey our concept to a wide audience
• You are interested in learning different aspects of our business and will embrace opportunities to grow your role within our dynamic company
• With experience, you'll help manage online aspects of our business such as website queries, and social media updates/communications
• You'll assist in till transactions, stock merchandising and stock counts
• You will assist customers in recommending our products whilst providing excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• You must have a genuine passion for Korean culture and some understanding of KPOP and/or skincare products
• The role will require lots of energy, confidence and passion to learn
• You’ll have experience in till management
• You’ll have an eye for detail and be able to create stylish, striking displays.
• You are a team worker
• You are available to work 5 days a week for 7 hours per shift
• Minimum 2 years retail experience
• You will have to be a great communicator, so English language skills are vital
• This is a dynamic, exciting start-up environment - we would like a flexible self-starter with a can-do attitude.
