Waiting Staff

We are currently recruiting skilled and friendly waiter/waitress to join our team. This position is responsible for taking orders and serving food and drinks to guests. They play important roll in customer satisfaction as they are also responsible for sounding customers to ensure they enjoy their experience at Koto Restaurant. They must be prepared to take actions to correct any problems.

Responsibilities include;

• Providing excellent waiting service to ensure customer satisfaction,
• Greeting, taking orders for food and drinks and collecting payments,
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and providing additional information about the menu,
• Effectively communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are processed accurately and promptly.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6-20 per week

Salary: £9.00-£12.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Oxford OX2 6AJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Catering: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
