We are seeking an experienced and professional Personal/Property Assistant to provide office support to the Managing Director. This role would suit someone who is adaptable with strong attention to detail as you’ll be maintaining records for several properties in south west London. You’ll also act as the point of contact for a range of stakeholders by managing the mailbox, ensuring that emails are actioned in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisation, IT and communication skills. Previous experience in a property management company is required.
This is a full-time position based in Chelsea.
Office hours are 9am to 5:30pm.
