Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.The RoleAs a technical sales professional, you will collaborate with Kyndryl Consult Partners and Account Management Partners to understand customers' business challenges and technical requirements, and develop and propose optimal solutions by leveraging Kyndryl's broad expertise, deep domain knowledge, and relevant certifications.You will also demonstrate Kyndryl's differentiated value, credibility, and expertise through demos, presentations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), while supporting consulting, advisory, and architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery to contribute to successful opportunities as a trusted technical advisor to customers.What you will do• Lead technical and solution discussions with customers to clarify challenges and requirements• Plan and deliver proposals, demos, presentations, PoCs, and prototypes aligned with customer needs• Support opportunity creation, proposal development, and closing from a technical perspective• Combine expertise across Kyndryl practices to create profitable cross-practice solutions• Coordinate the pre-sales process, including quality checks, compliance reviews, and best-practice alignment• Co-create optimal technical solutions with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and alliance partners• Clearly explain technical value and business impact to customers and build trusted relationshipsWho You AreRequired skills and experience• Deep expertise in service offerings and technical solutions within the relevant practice area• Experience translating advanced technical knowledge into practical customer insights and proposals• Practical experience in consultative selling or pre-sales• Knowledge or experience in one or more domains such as Application Data and AI, Cloud, Core Enterprise and zCloud, Digital Workplace, Network and Edge, or Security and Resiliency• External certification or equivalent technical credibility in the relevant domain• Strong customer-facing, communication, and collaboration skills• Customer-success mindset with the ability to learn and grow independentlyPreferred skills and experience• Deep expertise in service offerings and technical solutions within the relevant practice area• Experience translating advanced technical knowledge into practical customer insights and proposals• Practical experience in consultative selling or pre-sales• Knowledge or experience in one or more domains such as Application Data and AI, Cloud, Core Enterprise and zCloud, Digital Workplace, Network and Edge, or Security and Resiliency• External certification or equivalent technical credibility in the relevant domain• Strong customer-facing, communication, and collaboration skills• Customer-success mindset with the ability to learn and grow independentlyBeing YouThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
