The position combines HR case management with employee data and document management, ensuring consistent and high‑quality HR service delivery across multiple EMEA countries.The role is responsible for handling employee and manager inquiries through MyKyndryl and the HR ticketing system, managing HR cases end‑to‑end in line with defined SLAs and service standards. This includes resolving requests related to employee lifecycle events, payroll‑adjacent inquiries, benefits, and HR process guidance.In addition to case handling, the role includes HR operations activities, such as maintaining employee data accuracy, processing HR documentation, and supporting document management tasks in HR systems. The specialist ensures that employee records are correct, complete, and compliant with internal and local requirements.The role supports German‑speaking markets while contributing to broader EMEA coverage. It requires close collaboration with Payroll Operations, HR Business Partners, and Tier 2 / Tier 3 teams to resolve complex cases, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth handovers. The specialist also contributes to knowledge article maintenance, identification of recurring issues, and continuous improvement of HR service delivery and operational processes.Who You AreRequiredExperience in HR Operations or HR Services, ideally combining case management and operational HR activities.Strong understanding of HR case handling, employee data management, and document processing.Experience working with MyKyndryl or similar HR service portals and ticketing systems.Ability to manage HR cases independently while ensuring accuracy, SLA compliance, and positive employee experience.Experience collaborating with Payroll, HRBPs, and other HR stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and accountability for data accuracy.Fluent English and fluent German (written and spoken).PreferredExperience in multi‑country EMEA HR operations.Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar HR case management tools.Experience working with Workday or HR master data systems.Exposure to process changes, transitions, or service improvements.Being YouThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
