Lacura Health & Social Care are looking for Rapid Responder’s to join their North West Team on a part-time or full-time basis!

Job Title: Rapid Responder

Salary: £20,000 – £30,000

Response Operations Centre: Stockport

Type: Part-Time, Full-time, Mornings, Evenings or both

Flexible Working Patterns: 7am until 2:00pm and/or 3:30pm until 10pm

Rapid Responder – What We Do:
Our client’s provide home-care and companionship of the highest quality, in order to enable their clients to remain happily and independently at home for as long as possible.

Rapid Responder – You:

Your role will be spent covering emergency shifts for our Care Providers across South Manchester and Stockport. These shifts could include attending a shift that is without cover or where a care assistant needs extra assistance.

You will be on the frontline of our business working under CQC regulations, alongside social services, the ambulance service and the NHS.

Patients suffer from Dementia and Alzheimer's, some of our patients are Towards the end of their life and maybe under palliative care packages.

you will be Providing personal care, support and companionship to our service users in a time when they need it most.

This position is so crucially important to our service users, our service users families, The NHS and social services. That we are only interested in speaking to candidates who have a true passion and desire to work within the care sector, If you do not have a genuine passion to you work within the care sector please do not apply.

You will receive full training for this role and do not need to have experience, the training is also based on your discretion - if you feel like you need more training in a certain area for example medication this can be provided to you to ensure that we are providing a safe service.

We provide NVQ qualifications level 1, 2 and 3 in health and social care - in order for you to progress your career.

We will be interested in speaking with people who are:
- Compassionate, reliable and genuinely caring

- Someone who wants to make a difference to the life of someone senior in their local community

- Available for part time work both during the week and on alternate weekends

- No previous care experience is required as full pre-employment training is provided

- Please note that we do require you to have your own reliable transport

- a reliable individual

- Enhanced DBS required (Processed through us)
