Office Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lava Labs is looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team in Nottingham, UK and the Netherlands. Based in the UK this role will report directly to the CEO, and is suitable for candidates with a strong background in administration for small scale companies. LavaLabs is a video games development company and as such we offer a professional but non-corporate environment. Our growing team of 25 are split between our Nottingham and Amsterdam studios, along with a number of other team members in other locations around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing invoices and managing office budgets
• Managing the diary of the CEO
• Booking transport and accommodation
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
• Assisting the organisation's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents
• Dealing with correspondence and queries
• Organising company events
• Ordering stationery and IT equipment
• Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
• Organising induction programm

REQUIREMENTS

● Experience in an administrative role
● Knowledge of administrative software packages
● Good interpersonal and time management skills
● Basic accounting skills
● Reliability and discretion as you will often be dealing with confidential matters

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £13,000.00-£16,000.00 per year
