Job Title: Bar Team

Location: Shanghai Nightclub, Edinburgh

Job Type: Part-Time

Shanghai Nightclub is seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing Bar Team. As a busy nightclub, we need team members who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Responsibilities

• Taking drinks orders and preparing drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Operating tills.
• Assist with the setup and close of bars.
• Act to minimise and report wastage to our Bar Supervisors.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Following all health and safety regulations.
• Participating in regular training and development sessions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

• £12.92 p/h INC. TRONC
