The Opportunity

Our spa beauty therapists are the hotshots within our leisure business. You are at the forefront of providing all you visit our spa with an exceptional guest experience.

Our beauty therapists need to know how to perform many beautifying tasks for their clients. You will ask clients questions and using skin analysis to evaluate their needs allows you as our beauty therapist to recommend appropriate treatments.

As one of the Beauty therapists, you will deliver a host of treatments from Skin Treatments, waxing treatments, hair removal, manicures, pedicures, and massage therapies. Responsible for keeping all the tools and the beauty room clean and sterilized.

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Advanced Beauty Therapy or Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Treatments or other relevant qualifications
• Customer service skills to put clients at ease
• Excellent verbal communication skills to explain treatments
• Attention to detail
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Ability to sell products and services

5 minutes from the M5 and a short taxi journey from Gloucester train station you will find the Gloucester Hotel, part of the Signature Collection By Best Western. An equal distance from junctions 11A and 12 of the M5, if you’re travelling north or south, we’re only a 5-7-minute drive from the motorway.
