We are looking for a proactive, dynamic HR Advisor to join our fantastic team.
This is a Hybrid role, you will be required to be in our office in Highbury and Islington, 3 days per week.
What you will be doing:
- Providing high quality advice and generalist HR support across multiple sites
- Producing accurate and timely reports to the business including analysing data and providing feedback to the business areas accordingly.
- Undertake HR administrative tasks in support of the wider Team
· Actively engaging with employees to understand, appreciate and resolve employee issues and concerns

- Strong communication skills
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders
· HR Experience essential
· Willing to travel when required
