FX Sales Consultant

The Opportunity:

We are a growing Fintech business specialising in the UK corporate market, supporting companies in managing their international payment (foreign exchange) risk.

We are privately owned and bootstrapped (self-funded by our strong balance sheet). We are an entrepreneurial, customer focused and ambitious. We are looking to grow a business for the future.

The growth of our corporate business has been consultative driven and through working as a team. Our service has consistently been recognised with various industry awards. We are building an elite and talented team to support the next phase of our growth.

What the program entails:

• Researching and qualifying potential clients to build your own pipeline
• Analysis of data to filter targeted opportunities
• Engage and consult with C-level executives of medium-large businesses across a diverse range of sectors
• Cold calling will initially be your primary and preferred method of engaging with opportunities. Networking is encouraged and as you progress can develop other opportunities such as referrals and partnerships to source new clients
• Utilising our sales process to support in developing your understanding of businesses, identifying their pain points and their opportunities
• Leverage our technology solutions to offer value to our clients, which will provide adding long term value
• Work closely with our risk analysts, marketing team and our business services team to build and present valuable risk management solutions to clients – in time learning how to develop these solutions
• Develop long term relationships with your existing network of clients to retain their business and grow your portfolio
• Support the Account Management Team in upgrading their portfolio of clients and enhancing the value of our service

Minimum requirements

At least a 2:1 degree in any discipline from a top university
