Job description

Lifeways Group is looking for Full Time, Part Time Support Workers for adults with Learning Disabilities, in Bentley, Doncaster.

We are looking for positive, compassionate and caring support workers and in return you’ll get back so much more from one of the most rewarding careers. No experience is necessary, as we are looking for people with the right values and attitude.

As a Support Worker for the individuals that we support you will be responsible and involved in the everyday life of the people that we support, making sure that they are fully involved when it comes to receiving support.

The team that work within our services are really friendly and happy, as are the people we support here and everyone is really excited to meet the new Support Worker who will be supporting them.

We support adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities. The team at Bentley work closely with the people we support to be an integral part of the community as well as achieving goals set out with input from themselves to encourage active participation within their care. The team are always open to try new ways of supporting the people we support and strive to work on their independence skills, to reduce physical intervention requirements and to promote self-efficacy and overall wellbeing.
