Storyliner

Full time, 12-Month FTC

Based in Liverpool

We are looking for talented and creative Storyliner with a proven background in drama or journalism to join our team at Hollyoaks.

You will need to have excellent writing skills, be bursting with new and original ideas to craft compelling and engaging stories and prose under time constraints for our show. You will work closely with writers, producers, and other key stakeholders to develop and refine story ideas, and ensure that all story elements are cohesive and effective, therefore have the passion and confidence to voice those to the wider team.

We want people who will inspire and encourage their fellow team members and champion their ideas and views, teamwork is key across all of Lime. To be successful in our Story team you will need to embrace the desired story goals, keeping abreast of youth culture and maintain an awareness of current cultural issues. You should also have demonstrable knowledge of story structure, character-led storytelling and visual storytelling in a long running drama, ideally in an editorial capacity.
