Lincolnshire House Association Ltd provides residential, respite and day care to adults with Cerebral Palsy and other similar disabilities.
We currently have a vacancy for a 25 hours Care Assistant to boost our existing staff team. The role is working shifts to cover 7.00am to 11.00pm. This is a rota including weekends and some bank holidays. From April the rate will be £10.60 - £11.63.
Experience in providing care to a vulnerable person is not essential, although being able to demonstrate an understanding of a positive approach to caring for our residents and service users would be expected. Duties include ensuring the personal care and physical care needs of the residents and service users are met.
You will also work with individuals to ensure the highest standard of dignity, privacy, respect and independence are achieved. A caring and empathetic approach is essential in meeting individual needs.

You should be able to work as part of a team, offering consistent approaches to care and managing behaviours that challenge.
