Position Overview & Specifications
- Ensure a proper implementation of the Linxon Integrity Program in all Linxon Hubs
- Serve as primary contact for Linxon on integrity matters
- Be a regular participant at key Linxon management meetings
- Lead the Linxon integrity ambassador network
- Support board meetings of the Linxon board of directors (including minute taking and coordinating with the Chair and senior members of the Linxon management team)
- Provide a full secretariat service to the multinational Linxon group of companies and branches (“Linxon Group”)
- Focus on statutory compliance and record-keeping, routine annual and year-end procedures, and ad-hoc projects, as well as managing the compliance and maintenance of the Linxon Group’s international portfolio of subsidiaries with external consultants/legal service providers from the various regions.
- Law degree with a minimum of 3-4 years in private practice or as an in-house counsel
- Compliance and/or corporate- law and/or corporate/subsidiary governance experience preferred but not essential
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Articulate with excellent communication skills, especially written English. Other additional languages a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a large and varied workload; ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and with multiple time zones
- Happy working in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines
