Job Title: Leisure Assistants

Salary: £21,968- £22,777 per annum (plus 19.5% Employer pension contribution). That's an hourly rate of £11.39!

You will play a key role in the safety of our customers, by undertaking Lifeguarding duties in a busy leisure facility. Your positive manner with all customers will embody the best principles of customer care, whilst ensuring quality is maintained at all times.

You will ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained at all times, including through the provision of hygienic facilities.

In return you will be offered a salary of £21,968- £22,777 (full time equivalent) per annum – with a 19.5% Employer pension contribution in addition! Full time at LCCC is 37 hours per week.

We have a variety of roles available as either permanent full time, permanent part time, and also casual roles – so there is something for everyone!
