The Housing Team is a high-profile coverage business within Real Estate and Housing, a key part of CIB. We cover both Social Housing and House-builders, with market leading positions in both market segments. We're passionate about supporting the delivery of much needed homes that are both sustainable and affordable, and this is reflected in the sustainability-based, purpose-led strategy contained within the Bank’s 2021 and 2022 ESG Reports.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our team. This is a career defining opportunity to join a team that was awarded Residential Financier of the Year in 2019 and 2020, and also supported the wider real estate business in being voted Real Estate Capital, Sustainable Financier of the Year, Europe for three years in a row!

You'll be aligned to the Housebuilder portfolio and will be responsible for the bank’s relationships with large volume housebuilders across England and Scotland. Working alongside the Relationship Director and Associate Director, you'll help originate business, structure transactions, manage credit, and liaise with customers. You'll have a desire to deliver great outcomes to clients, and be confident at forming relationships with internal and external partners.

There is scope within the role to stretch, and you'll work closely with our Director of Origination and Sustainability on Housing specific strategic initiatives, as well as seeking opportunities to contribute to wider initiatives in the Real Estate & Housing sector.

Experience in Client Coverage, Markets or Credit are preferred.
