- JOB TITLE: Group People Risk & Resilience Manager
- SALARY: £61,641 - £68,490
- LOCATION(S): Halifax , Bristol & Edinburgh
- HOURS: Full Time
- WORKING PATTERN:
- Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
- Provides technical mentorship as required during the development and prioritisation of people risk and pillar framework, utilising a sound knowledge of key people processes and best practice.
- Ensures minimisation of risk exposure in the design and operation of the people pillar framework, collaborating to build practical and innovative solution.
- Designs and evolves the approach to People Risk Management across the Group.
- Analyse data from multiple sources (e.g. Service Now & RCSA) to draw appropriate insight and conclusions and make suitable recommendations and makes sense of sophisticated, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
- Lead engagement with colleagues across the Group to share insight and advocate the importance of people risk and resilience.
- Strong understanding of Group people risk and people processes.
- Strong understanding of Operational Resilience.
- Logical thinking, innovation and ability to analyse data to provide insight.
- Proactive self starter with the ability to plan and prioritise activities and react and respond in a changing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt communication style and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of CBP / IBS framework
- Strong working knowledge of Service Now & RCSA
