- Producing detailed scope and requirements to allow platform teams to accurately develop technical solutions required to meet the objectives of the outcome.
- Working with Business Design colleagues to identify and deliver any supporting business processes required to complement the technical changes.
- Collaborating with the Product Owner to proactively handle the scope and delivery of the outcome objectives using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Extensive knowledge and skills to act independently while guiding and training others on analysing the business requirements that IT and business solutions must meet.
- Provide guidance and training to others to analyse customer data and gather insight to ensure we provide customers with the right solutions that fit their needs
- Remain calm and provide direction, looking for opportunities in ambiguous situations, handling the stress of change, and taking steps to help others handle organisational transitions.
- Develop and deliver communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences and their teams.
- Lead the analysis of an outcome and help to shape the Scope and Requirements from inception through design, build and test and into delivery.

- Manage and lead a team of Business Analysts providing support, guidance, and domain expertise to aid the development of the team
