- Manage diaries to achieve optimum time effectiveness
- Performing standard administrative tasks (e.g. time, expenses, requisitions)
- Using the full functionality of standard office software as required, good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Support with other administration tasks, such as booking travel and arranging larger meetings/hospitality
- Planning and prioritising days through effective diary management using your own initiative and judgement from knowledge of key issues
- Engage with senior partners within the team and outside, clarifying requirements to support decisions
- You'll be a self-motivated and proactive teammate who has an eye on the bigger picture but can apply laser focus to ensure delivery. You're up for the challenge of working on a large, dynamic programme that will drive significant change across our business.
