Works collaboratively with colleagues to attract and retain customers and deepen their relationship with the bank, referring to the right person or channel as appropriate. Ensures all customers are dealt with professionally and identifies and supports customers in vulnerable circumstances. Embeds LBG priorities, Helps Britain Prosper and role models the Group Values, Behaviours and Code of Responsibility
