Job title: Project Manager
Main purpose of job: The Project Manager must work closely with assigned, various clients ensuring delivery of the in-scope deliverables as per the statement of works.
Supporting our clients through the various stages of project delivery enabling them to successfully embed and deliver benefits to their business.
This role is supporting clients based in the UK & Ireland. Travel to client locations will be required during the project lifecycle.

Location: Primarily a remote role with travel to company and clients site when needed
Position reports to: Senior Project Manager
Line Management Responsibility: n/a
Length of contract: Salary range: Permanent £40,000 - £48,000 p.a.
Main duties
- Build and support successful partnerships with our clients
- Develop and keep detailed project plans using the right tools.
- To name then manage project dependencies and the critical path
- Leads project activities and reports project status to ensure that assigned projects are completed on time, within approved budget, and supply desired business value
- Supervises multiple, concurrent tasks, accurately assess priorities of assigned activities and coordinates project resource
- Responsible for prompt and effective project communications including stakeholder and sponsor interactions, meeting management, and reporting
- Completes a Post Implementation review, Lessons Learned and feeds back for process improvement.
- Plans and schedules project deliverables, goals, and milestones
- Agree project goals, scope, deliverables, timescales and budgets and secure sign off from sponsors and stakeholders
- Manage changes in project scope or requirements, negotiating as necessary with sponsors and stakeholders
- Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. Resolve issues, and escalating as necessary
- Ensure that all projects are progressing and delivering agreed results to the agreed time, quality, and budget requirements
- Consult with PMO to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project, and ensure alignment with Lomarton’s ways of working
- Give direction, support and coaching to project team members and SME's
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, with varying scale and delivery timelines
- Implement and control benefits realisation, by project
- Manage third-party and supplier relationships
Skills & Experience
- Experience in managing complex projects in UK, international and/or matrix environments, preferably within HR.
- Experience of using standard project tools, methodologies, and processes
- Experience in system implementations, preferably within HR
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels and with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
- Experience creating and managing project financial data and performing the analysis necessary
- Highly organized, able to prioritise and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong process and analytical skills tied with sharp decision-making abilities
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on listening to the customer
- Mentoring and coaching ability
- A qualification in project management (Prince2, PMP) is desirable
- Complete integrity and reliability to manage and perform sensitive and confidential work
- Good people skills and the ability to work across the organisation at all levels using influencing
