Job description

We look after young people aged 16 to 18 years old who will need supervision and support 24/7 but we also accommodate young people from 18 to 25 who needs assistance and support in their life. All our residents are treated as individuals and cared for with respect and dignity within a safe, comfortable and homely environment.

Whilst previous experience is beneficial, we are willing to train and support people who may not have experience but who can demonstrate our core values of Kindness, Compassion and Respect.

We have both full and part-time opportunities available including days or night shifts or a combination of both.

Full training will be given and candidates will be required to participate in mandatory training on an ongoing basis.
