Admin Intern

Day to day responsibilities may include:

• Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
• Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
• Greeting visitors as and when necessary
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
• Filing and archiving
• Updating computer records using a database
• Printing and photocopying
• Maintaining office systems
• Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR and other general admin tasks

Intern Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational skills
• IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations and spreadsheets
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
• Customer service skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
• Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
• Strong command of English

Remuneration: £ 300 (Travel & Lunch Expenses)
