*Part Time Receptionist / Administrator* London City Physiotherapy are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking receptionist and administrator to join the team. * Up to £24,000 (pro rata) based on experience * Min of 16 hours per week with overtime to cover annual leave * Working hours 07.30-19.30 in a shift pattern Monday - Friday 2 days per week, with potential to increase * Hours flexible to suit ideal candidate The role will be based in our City clinic on Queen Victoria Street. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably in health and fitness or the private medical sector. You will be working alongside a dynamic team of Physiotherapists, Massage therapists, Pilates instructors and Personal trainers. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for offering a high quality reception service to patients, and assistance to the practitioners. You will lead the reception team in providing excellent customer service and administrative support and will be responsible for the management of front of house. Your duties will include: * Being front of house and provide a warm welcome for all patients * Monitoring stock levels and stock ordering * Administration of reception desk; including answering the phone, receiving and replying to all emails, booking and rescheduling appointments for our 2 locations * Liaising with patient’s GP’s and consultants on behalf of the practitioners * Processing & recording of payments. Balancing end of day book * Admin duties such as scanning and filing * Ad hoc reception and administrative tasks as required. We seek candidates with the following attributes: * Excellent IT skills – experience with Microsoft office packages * Experience of TM3, or other practice software is desired but not essential * Exceptional customer service skills * Calm under pressure, and able to remain professional at all times * Ability to work both within a dedicated team as well as independently * Experience in a previous front of house role, ideally in the private medical sector or health and fitness industry * We will welcome candidates with additional skills that can be useful to the practice This position is based at our City Clinic on Queen Victoria Street. You will work on a shift basis Monday-Friday, 07.30-19.30
