Letting Agent

We are looking for an enthusiastic, initiatives, hard working, self-starting and highly motivated letting agent to join our dynamic team in one of the major property Management Company in London. We owned and operated numerous properties from offices, commercial, rooms, flats and Air BnB. we are looking for several property agents and brokers to deal with all aspects of letting process.

The role involves posting adverts, communicating and building rapport with clients, showing properties, negotiating effectively and closing the deals etc. The company will provide a structured career path and continual training programme to ensure that employees can reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Building relationship with clients and networking to attract potential clients.

• Gathering detailed information of client's needs and matching to the available property.

• Following up all the enquiries and actively processing sales from reservation to completion.

• Booking and conducting viewings.

• Negotiating deals with clients.

• Attending clients needs and complaints and resolve the issues as and when needed.

• Inspect the properties and prepare report to the company for fixing the issues

• Ensure the properties are clean, safe and free from defects

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £13,865.11-£69,446.30 per year
