Position Overview & Specifications
The LSBU Group has an ambitious and exciting Group Strategy to deliver by 2025, which will require us to increase digital confidence, embed our new Behaviour Framework, enable our line managers and create an inclusive environment to work and study. The L&D Business Partner will also work closely with our Academic Schools and Professional Services teams to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of new learning and development initiatives and projects.
About you
The successful candidate will have significant experience in developing and evaluating learning and development in complex organisation. This will include demonstrable experience of working with business leaders to develop a learning offer that meets organisational needs and strategic objectives. Proven planning and organisation and excellent training delivery, facilitation and partnership working skills are essential.
Details about the role
This is a permanent contract, which can be undertaken full time or part time (at least 28 hours a week over 4 or 5 days, or as part of a job-share).
Please note that the University is operating a hybrid working model which means a mix of working on site and from home, confirmation of days worked on campus are arranged with the line manager.
The role is based at our Southwark campus. It is a hybrid working requiring on-site working for at least three days a week and some flexibility about working hours.
