What we need
The Legal Team is a trusted partner to the LoopMe business, providing high quality business focussed advice and support on a broad range of legal issues (Commercial, Corporate, Data Protection/Privacy, Compliance, Intellectual Property and Legal Operations and Processes) globally. As our Legal Assistant, you will contribute to all Legal tasks, providing excellent support and participating in creating a culture of growth, collaboration and accountability. You will work closely to support your Legal team colleagues as well as being responsible for managing your own matters, and working with key stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting with reviewing and drafting legal contracts, letters, templates and other documents
- Supporting matters relating to Data Protection/Privacy, Advertising, Trade Marks/Patents and Employment/HR
- Help prepare and manage presentations, policies and training materials
- Proactively manage and maintain LoopMe’s contract lifecycle management platform, legal ticketing software and electronic document depository
You will have
- A law degree
- Some Legal experience in connection with Commercial contracts, Adtech/Advertising, and/or Data Protection/Privacy is particularly desirable
- Experience with Legal contracts, contract management, business affairs and/or regulations desirable
- Other useful areas of legal experience include Corporate, Employment, Intellectual Property
- A strong work ethic and excellent communication and organisation skills
- A problem-solving mindset, prioritise well under pressure and have great matter management skills
- Be commercially aware with the ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast paced evolving business sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Be curious and have a passion to enjoy your work
