CoffeeB looks to open it’s doors mid-June of 2023 and we’re looking to build an enthusiastic, customer focused, and all-round amazing team.
A beautiful blend of breakfast, lunch, brunch and eye catching sweet treats will be served all day! From classic egg dishes, pancakes & smoothie bowls to loaded flatbreads, ice creams sundaes, cocktails, coffees & more.
The kitchen will be open from 8am-3pm Monday-Sunday but we will also offer a selection of sharing/ charcuterie boards in the evening so all daytime hours with some prep for charcuterie boards.
CoffeeB boasts a romantic, floral aesthetic with seriously good vibes. A place where you can eat in, take out, stay all day & come back for evening drinks.

Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Managing and maintaining the smooth operation and running of the kitchen.
- Communicating menu developments
- Supporting the management on the day to day running of the business.
- Health and Safety policy within the kitchen ensuring they are kept clean and to a high standard.
- Lead from the front with integrity and passion.
- Ensure ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team.
- Manage stock rotation and daily ordering.
- Reporting directly to the General Manager.
- Making sure the kitchen is always adequately staffed.
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
- Recording food temperatures

Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £10.42-£13.00 per hour
