We are looking for a pre-school nursery room lead at Lower Covey Montessori Nursery.

Lower Covey is situated within the beautiful village of Yetminster, just 6 miles outside of Yeovil. We are a well-established family run nursery, running for over 30 years. As well as our main nursery building, we are fortunate to have a dedicated forest school site, small animal care area, vegetable garden, stables for our mini-Shetland’s and two outdoor classrooms. We provide childcare for children from 4 months to school leaving age within our Ladybird, Dragonfly and Bumblebee rooms.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a fun, driven individual to lead a creative and passionate team of practitioners. The post is working within the Bumblebee room with children aged 3- 4yrs.

You will need to have at least a Level 3 within a suitable childcare qualification, and already have had experience working in a leadership position.

We are an incredibly outdoor focused setting, so a love of the outdoors, wildlife and mud are a definite advantage.

You will have an awareness of Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
