Football Coach

LSS & AH Football Coaching are looking for coaches to join our growing team based in East London & Essex. Our company has over 10 years experience in the industry and have created a great work environment that is challenging, focuses on career development and offers a competitive salary. In the recent years our team has grown massively and we are looking for new coaches to join our team.

We are currently running weekly football lessons, holidays clubs and birthday parities in Walthamstow, Leytonstone, Hainault, Barking, Ilford, Romford & Goodmayes. The right candidate will be delivering football lessons to children of all abilities aged between 18 months to 11 year olds. Our weekly lessons include afterschool & weekend clubs, we also run holiday club programs, birthdays parties and much more to create great earning and coaching opportunities for our team.

All applicants must have valuable experience in this industry and have aims to grow with the company. To apply for this role you need to be enthusiastic & have the energy and patience to effectively coach football to our members (aged 1.5 years to 11 years old).

Here is more information about the roles available from the 1st April

(1) Assistant Coach - £10.25 p/h : The current standard of our assistant coaches are as follows, fun - energetic - confident - organised - and able to displays the initiative to get involved and not hold back. Our assistant coaches must also be able to welcome and run warm ups for each lesson on their schedule.

(2) Lead Coach - £14 p/h : The current standard of our lead coaches are as listed above and must be able to maintain session quality by supporting other coaches in their development and leading by example with their own delivery. All lead coaches are also eligible for a £100 monthly performance bonus

(2) Head Coach - £18 p/h : The current standard of our lead coaches are as listed above and in addition they must be able to communicate with club parents to carry out reviews and run staff training to support other coaches. Applicants for our Head Coach role must have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

All candidates

- Must have a minimum of 1 year coaching experience

& available to start from the 1st April 2023 or earlier.

Shift 3 : Walthamstow, Sat & Sun Football @ Lloyd Park E17 - 08.30 to 12.45

• Redbridge - Ilford, Goodmayes & Barking (IG1 / IG3 / IG11

Shift 4 : Ilford, Tuesday Football @ South Park IG1 - 15.15 to 18.30

Shift 5 : Goodmayes, Wednesday Football @ Goodmayes Park IG3 - 15.15 to 18.30

Shift 6 : Barking, Wednesday Football @ Barking Park IG1 - 15.15 to 18.30

Shift 7 : Ilford, Sat & Sun Football @ South Park IG1 - 08.30 to 13.00

Shift 8 : Goodmayes, Sat & Sun Football @ Goodmayes Park IG3 - 09.00 to 13.15

• Redbridge - Hainault (IG6)

Shift 9 : Hainault, Thursday Football @ Hainault Recreation IG6 - 15.15 to 18.30

Shift 10 : Hainault, Saturday Football @ Hainault Recreation IG6 - 08.30 to 12.45

• Havering - Romford (RM3)

Shift 11 : Romford, Friday Football @ Central Park RM3 - 15.15 to 18.30

Shift 12 : Romford, Sat & Sun Football @ Central Park RM3 - 08.15 to 12.30
