LTF Recruitment are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a thriving and inclusive school in the Nottingham area. This is an exciting opportunity for an Early Career Teacher or a Teacher with a plethora of experience. Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Adapt teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of pupils.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes pupil progress and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate curriculum delivery.
  • Contribute to the overall school community and participate in extracurricular activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
  • Establish clear objectives and provide constructive feedback to support and promote pupil development.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status and experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities to form strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Passionate in creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Able to use appropriate behaviour management techniques to support challenging behaviours and promote a positive learning environment.
