Luna Move is a modern, forward thinking independently owned and ran letting agency specialising in property management and lettings.

The head office is based in Weston-super-Mare and covers a wide area including Clevedon, Portishead, Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

We are looking for a Senior lettings Consultant to join our team . The ideal candidate will be passionate, have experience within the property industry and have excellent communication skills. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining trusted and long term relationships with landlords.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance to clients on a variety of legislations
• Carry out lettings valuations
• Business generation to increase under mangement portfolio
• Identifying and maximising business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Representing the compnay in a professional manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service both on the phone and face to face
• Networking

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year

• North Somerset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Lettings: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
