Commercial Cleaner
Luxury Student Homes are one of Liverpool's premium accommodation providers for second and third year students. We currently own and manage over 100 high end properties in the Wavertree, Sefton Park and Toxteth areas and we continue to grow year on year.
Due to continued growth we are now looking for a cleaner to expand our cleaning team. The successful candidate will join our team to work alongside our existing team of six cleaners within our cleaning division.
Based from our offices on Smithdown Road, you will be responsible for up to three house cleans per day during the working week, covering kitchens, bathrooms and communal areas and reporting to our Cleaning Manager.
Core hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm but the summer maintenance period often requires extra over time.
Permanent role based on a salary package of £19k, fully expensed van and up to 6 weeks holiday per year for the successful applicants.
These roles are available for an immediate start and all applicants must have a clean driving licence. Only applicants who can drive will be considered.
