Our client LX Pantos U.K. Ltd is recruiting an International Freight Forwarding Team / Coordinator to join their business in the UK.

1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Occupational category: International Freight Forwarding Team / Coordinator
• Personnel: 2
• Foreign language skills: Fluent in English. Korean speaking preferred

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

• Understanding of Air / Ocean / Rail / Road
• Import and Export operation via Pantos system
• Customs Clearance / Classification / Sequoia, CDS, IPAFF, CNS, Destin8
• Invoicing and Settlement
• Customer Service, dealing with complaints / Claims, Shipment Tracking
• Any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as requested

• Good excel skills and Outlook required

3. SALARY & BENEFITS

• Visa: Work Visa Holders of a visa that allows them to work legally in the UK
• Address: 776 Buckingham Avenue, Slough, SL1 4NL, United Kingdom
• Annual Salary: ￡25,000 ~￡26,000 (Subject to Work Experiences)
• Recruitment: 12 months contract rolling
• Working hours: 7.5 hours/ 5 days
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Holiday: 20 days (Plus bank holidays and public holiday)
• Insurance: Not applicable
• Recruitment period: 2023.04.14~

4. PROCESS

• We are a global freight forwarding and supply chain specialist now seeking to appoint an experienced level of Air & Ocean Import / Export Clerk to join our busy team in Slough. You will join in International Freight Forwarding Team that deals with mainly Import & Export operations and customs mainly from Asia or to Asia for very specific High Street Names.
